The hotel does not have its own parking, and all parking is City street parking, all along Fleming St. (Where the hotel is located), as well as Southard St. (The street parallel to Fleming behind the hotel), and all the side streets, there are two types of parking. Residential and “Blank” free parking. Residential spaces are marked directly on the pavement. However, for every 2 or 3 residential spots, there are blank spaces with no markings on the pavement. These spots can be parked in for free for up to 3 days. There is also a 30-minute city loading zone located directly in front of the hotel lobby doors. Alternatively, there is a private parking lot (not associated with the hotel) located on the street behind the hotel (808 Southard St.)
The hotel pools and hot tub are open from 7am – 8pm.
Pool hours are determined and set by the Florida Department of Health.
We do not allow pets, comfort animals or emotional support animals. Only ADA
(Americans with Disabilities Act) approved Service Animals are allowed on property.

Each room is a maximum of 2 people. While you may have visitors on the property,
only 2 people may occupy the room as registered guests. If you are discovered to
have more than two people staying in the room, the reservation will be cancelled
without refund and you will be asked to vacate the property.
The entire property is Non-Smoking. This includes outdoor pool areas and
balconies. If you need to smoke you will need to exit the property
The hotel does not have a laundry service. However, roughly 2 blocks from the hotel
is Hilltop Laundry. They offer both drop off/pick up as well as delivery service.
Unfortunately, once booked through a 3rd party the hotel has very little, if any control
over the reservation. Any changes to dates, rooms or cancellations must be done by
contacting the online travel agency that you used.
No, To ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees, Bishop Hotel Key West prohibits the carrying, possession, or storage of any firearm on hotel property, including but not limited to, the lobby, guest rooms, guest safes and bar. Even for those with Concealed Carry Permits as this is an establishment licensed for alcohol sales. If a firearm is discovered, you will be asked to leave only once. Failure to leave after being asked will result in law enforcement being called for an armed trespass.
